Mission Majnu OTT Launch – After his last successful stint as a soldier in Shershah, the courageous Captain Vikram Batra, Sidharth Malhotra, once again takes it upon himself to risk everything for his country in Mission Majnu. This time, he plays the role of an undercover Indian spy involved in a covert operation before and during the events of the 1971 Indo-Pak war in the heart of Pakistan. Although the story is fictional, it is in fact inspired by real events.
Sidharth Malhotra plays the role of Amandeep Singh, a RAW field agent who heads to Pakistan in a sting operation involving an investigation into Pakistan’s involvement in creating nuclear weapons.
Mission Majnu is an OTT and non-theatrical release. It stars Sidharth Malhotra, Rashmika Mandanna, Parmeet Sethi and others. Although the film was scheduled for a theatrical release first on May 13 and then on June 10, it faced multiple delays before being delayed indefinitely. Then its theatrical release was canceled and now it is released directly on OTT platforms.
