We’re just starting the rollout now, so not all Insiders on the Dev Channel will receive the update right away,” said Dave Grochocki, Senior Product Manager in a blog post. “We know that the Snipping Tool is a favorite among the Insider community, so we are very excited to introduce an integrated screen recorder with this update!”

How to use Snipping Tool as a video recording tool

Step 1:

Microsoft explained that to get started, you’ll need to open the Snipping Tool app.
